With over 25 classes each week, you can explore cardio, dance, muscle conditioning, group cycling, and sport-specific classes, in our state-of-the-art studios, utilizing specialized flooring, lighting, temperature, and music to create an unparalleled Group Exercise experience.

Group Fitness Classes

Boot Camp: A non-traditional circuit workout that combines athletic drills, strength training, plyometrics, and no choreography, to increase your fitness level.

Zumba: Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba’s choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves. Squats and lunges are also included in this hour-long class

Power Hour: This muscle-toning class will focus on your body’s core strength. Using a combination of weight bars, exercise bands and dumbbells, this class will increase strength and tone your muscle. This class will also lower your risk of bone loss. Prepare to be sore!

Yoga: Gain the benefits of stretching, core strengthening, overall body toning and awareness. Combine the benefits of Eastern and Western disciplines to enhance strength, posture, flexibility and balance and leave with an overall sense of well-being! Different variations and progressions accommodate participants of all levels emphasizing relaxation and the mind/body connection.

Cycle 45/60: Take it to the max in this challenging and invigorating class. This 45 minute class combines music and athleticism to create an electric environment that will keep the rider fit, motivated and healthy.

BarreFusion: This 60 minute full body workout will not disappoint the mind or body. BarreFusion has been referred to as the ultimate body transformation discipline. BarreFusion is a low-impact program that lengthens, aligns, tones, and shapes muscles. It also promotes isolated varied body positioning that uses gravity to lift, squeeze and contract every muscle in your body. BarreFusion is a combination of concentrated movements and deep muscle conditioning designed to help you achieve your best body, discover a new level of capability.

Pilates Mat: Develop core strength, economy of motion, flexibility and agility with our signature Pilates classes. Transform your body on the mat, or train with our certified Pilates instructors on our state-of-the-art reformers. 

Rip and Ride: Combine the intensity of road biking with muscular endurance and your have the perfect feel for Rip & Ride. Rip & Ride is 60 minutes of mind and body transformation. Get ready for fat-burning cardio, and full body muscular endurance workout (we use hand weights). This is no REST AND RECOVERY until you walk out of the room.

Body Works: Take a high intensity explosive cardio workout paired with old-school interval then throw in some manic boot camp and kick box moves and you’ve nailed “Body Works”. You’ll MAX out on Body Works because it keeps your body working at your max capacity throughout the entire workout. Teach your mind and body to OBEY.

Cardio & Sculpt: This class is 45 minutes of strategic exercises aimed at toning and strengthening all muscle groups. Short cardio intervals will be integrated throughout class to keep your heart rate up while maximizing fat & calorie burn! We will use dumbbells, flat bars, medicine balls, stability balls, and body weight to create maximum resistance in order to build muscle effectively. This class is designed to help you achieve a ripped, well-rounded, fit-looking body while simultaneously conditioning your heart. Suitable for both men and women, modifications will be shown for all exercises to ensure safety and prevent injury. We will finish by stretching the muscle groups we emphasize in class.
