With over 25 classes each week, you can explore cardio, dance, muscle conditioning, group cycling, and sport-specific classes, in our state-of-the-art studios, utilizing specialized flooring, lighting, temperature, and music to create an unparalleled Group Exercise experience.

Group Fitness Classes

Barre: This 60 minute, no impact, fat burning workout integrates the use of ballet form, lightweights, and various props. Students will focus on form and precision while performing small isometric movements as the instructor emphasizes basic alignment, form, and specific muscle actions. Each class includes several highly effective sequences of toning and resistance training patterns with exercises for core, arms, seat and thighs. A stretching section to create long, lean muscles without bulk, follows this workout. 

Beach Body: 
This muscle-toning class will focus on your body’s overall strength. Using a combination of weight bars, exercise bands and dumbbells, this class will increase strength and tone your muscle. You will perform low-impact strength and endurance exercises and high intensity moves to get hardcore results. 

Body Works: Take a high intensity explosive cardio workout paired with old-school interval then throw in some manic boot camp and kick box moves and you’ve nailed “Body Works”. You’ll MAX out on Body Works because it keeps your body working at your max capacity throughout the entire workout. Teach your mind and body to OBEY.

Boot Camp:
 Non-traditional circuit training that combines athletic drills, strength training, plyometrics, and
no choreography, to increase your fitness level. Using a variety of modalities, your body will experience an intense overall muscular and cardiovascular strengthening workout. 

Calorie Killer: Join in on this fun, upbeat cardiovascular strengthening workout. The instructor ensures that the class is constantly moving and 

Cycle 45: Take it to the max in this challenging and invigorating class. This 45 minute class combines music and athleticism to create an electric environment that will keep the rider fit, motivated and healthy.

Endurance Cycle: We welcome everyone, regardless of fitness level. Our instructor will lead you through climbs, sprints, and rhythm patterns of cycling to supercharge your heart rate. Our class is designed to shape and strengthen muscle not to add bulk. One ride is 60-minutes, all set to a playlist that motivates and energizes. We like to keep it real at the wheel. We believe that your biggest competitor is you. 

Pilates Mat: Develop core strength, economy of motion, flexibility and agility with our signature Pilates classes. Transform your body on the mat, or train with our certified Pilates instructors on our state-of-the-art reformers. 

Pilates ReformerBy emphasizing precision, form and focus students develop leaner, more toned body and calmer, more relaxed presence. The Reformer is the workhorse of Pilates and allows you to personalize your work with varying degrees of assistance and resistance. This class is an invigorating workout that builds, strength, flexibility and ultimate core control. 
*Before Joining a Pilates Group class a Student should consider completing 2 private sessions to prepare them for the pace of a class. 

Tabata: This high intensity interval training class will push your body to the limits. Combining strength and cardio exercises, you will receive the ultimate workout. The class is structured by 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, increasing the overall effectiveness of the class time.  

Yoga: Gain the benefits of stretching, core strengthening, overall body toning and awareness. Combine the benefits of Eastern and Western disciplines to enhance strength, posture, flexibility and balance and leave with an overall sense of well-being! Different variations and progressions accommodate participants of all levels emphasizing relaxation and the mind/body connection.

Zumba: Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba’s choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves. Squats and lunges are also included in this hour-long class
