To get you on the right foot, we sent Atlanta Red Cross Aquatics Specialist Sean Peen to the City Club of Buckhead Athletic Club and Spa. Sean says the most important precaution to take involves learning how to swim. It's also important to follow the rules, learn CPR and first aid. These courses are offered at the Atlanta Red Cross.
